Digital Learning Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Innovate and enhance eLearning formats as part of the Skilled Learning Factory (SeLF) team at WBS GROUP.

• Create and develop interactive educational materials.

• Enhance the user experience of eLearning products.

• Formulate pedagogically effective, digital, and scalable learning experiences.

• Produce text, audio, image, and video content utilizing AI tools.

• Incorporate AI tools into the instructional design workflow.

• Develop and update learning materials with authoring tools.

• Collaborate with subject-matter experts effectively.

• Assist the team in managing the Learning Management System (LMS).

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed education in Instructional Design, Digital Learning Development, Media Design, or Media Didactics.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in Instructional Design / Digital Learning Development.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for instructional design and content generation.

• Experience with authoring tools, such as Articulate 360 and Area9.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.

• Background in designing digital learning experiences.

• Knowledge of Human-Centered Design principles.

• Experience collaborating with subject-matter experts.

• Skills in writing and storytelling.

• Creativity in producing interactive and engaging digital learning materials.

• Expertise in pedagogy, structuring, and designing online courses using authoring tools.

• Experience working with learning management systems.

• Ability to adapt quickly and flexibly to change.

• Willingness to participate in cross-functional teams.

• Independent and organized working style with a high level of personal accountability.

• Team-oriented mindset.

• Submission of work samples in Instructional Design or Digital Learning Development is required with the application.

• Strong enthusiasm for emerging trends in eLearning.

• Additional experience as a trainer/learning facilitator, with image and video editing software, and in project management is advantageous.
