• Develop and execute data-informed strategies that enhance conversion rates, targeting, and sales performance across various channels.
• Convert insights into actionable segments, prioritization frameworks, and activation workflows.
• Create and oversee analysis-ready datasets and queries in BigQuery to facilitate analysis, experimentation, and activation.
• Utilize AI-driven outputs (such as predictions, scores, and segments) to improve targeting and sales outcomes.
• Establish testing frameworks, control groups, and measurement methodologies for A/B testing.
• Work in partnership with sales and marketing teams to integrate data-driven strategies into real-time customer journeys.
• Over 3 years of experience in growth, commercial analytics, or roles focused on experimentation.
• Demonstrated capability to convert data and insights into actions that enhance conversion rates, revenue, or customer satisfaction.
• Strong practical experience in working with data using SQL and BigQuery to support analysis and experimentation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of experimentation and optimization, including A/B testing, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
• Proficient in designing and managing analysis-ready datasets and queries.
• Experience in defining audiences, setting prioritization logic, and establishing requirements for activation across sales channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for commercial growth.
• Collaborative working style with sales and marketing teams.
• Commitment to maintaining data quality, documentation, and ensuring data is appropriate for its intended use.
• Minimum English proficiency at B2 Upper Intermediate level.
• Full remote flexibility for candidates located in Portugal.
