This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire lead funnel: attract, capture, nurture, and transition qualified leads to sales, partnerships, or intake.
• Create and oversee lead capture strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email, including landing pages, forms, direct message funnels, newsletter subscriptions, and gated content.
• Establish qualified lead criteria in collaboration with leadership and monitor the pipeline in accordance with these standards.
• Develop and share educational content aimed at consumers/patients on Instagram, along with professional thought-leadership content on LinkedIn focused on lead actions.
• Interact with followers, direct messages, and comments to convert interest into actionable leads.
• Create and implement newsletters and targeted lead-nurturing campaigns.
• Oversee subscriber segmentation based on lead stage while ensuring compliance with healthcare communication standards.
• Set up automated workflows to qualify and warm leads with minimal manual intervention.
• Supervise and guide the digital growth intern by assigning lead-generation activities, providing constructive feedback, and establishing weekly priorities.
• Collaborate with management on campaign calendars and strategic initiatives aligned with lead targets.
• Provide reports to leadership regarding lead volume, lead quality, and pipeline health.
• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn social media accounts along with email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar email marketing tools.
• Previous experience or a strong interest in the medical, wellness, or healthcare industry.
• Capability to convey medical and health concepts in an accessible, accurate, and engaging manner.
• Willingness to mentor, train, and supervise an entry-level intern.
• Strong copywriting ability along with basic visual design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and proactive in approach.
• Ability to collaborate closely with senior leadership.
