This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Automated customer reporting: Transition from manual CSV processes to dynamic usage dashboards and automated data distribution for partner success teams and clients.
β’ Marketing automation: Create and manage automated social media and campaign workflows to ensure brand activities proceed without the need for dedicated personnel.
β’ Content generation: Leverage AI to generate printables, educator guides, and supplementary materials at scale utilizing our existing video and curriculum library.
β’ Agentic operational workflows: Track sales, follow up on tasks, send renewal notifications, and generate internal reports β identify, prioritize, and automate these processes.
β’ Data pipeline coordination: Collaborate with the engineering team to guarantee the availability of appropriate data to support the automations you create.
β’ AI tooling evaluation: Remain informed about the AI landscape and advise on when and how to integrate new tools into our operations.
β’ 2β5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, business operations, or a commercially oriented role.
β’ Active, self-sufficient user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) β you have integrated these tools into your daily tasks rather than just experimenting with them.
β’ Practical experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform: HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or equivalent.
β’ Knowledge of email campaign logic β including sequences, triggers, segmentation, and follow-up workflows.
β’ Proficient in establishing no-code automations using tools like Zapier or Make to connect platforms and minimize manual processes.
β’ Strong commercial acumen β you focus on outcomes rather than merely completing tasks.
β’ Proactive and self-managing β you take initiative and do not wait for direction on your next steps.
