Digital Experience Specialist, Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive setup, production, and execution of virtual events and webinar initiatives.

• Oversee webinar logistics, which include:

• - Inputting details for landing pages

• - Setting up programs

• - Managing polls and surveys

• - Coordinating with speakers

• - Conducting preparation calls

• - Providing production support on the day of the event

• - Monitoring webinar registrations and attendee engagement metrics leading up to events.

• - Guide speakers on best practices for webinars and ensure presenters are comfortable and ready before live sessions.

• - Host and assist with live webinar experiences while overseeing the attendee and speaker experience during execution.

• - Manage the on-demand publishing and updates to the webinar hub after event completion.

• Coordinate post-event reporting, clean-up of attendee lists, and uploads to the CRM.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of events.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in webinar production, virtual event management, or coordination of digital experiences.

• Proven experience with managing live webinar platforms and virtual event technologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Comfortable engaging directly with executive and technical audiences.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple deadlines concurrently.

• Experience in managing virtual attendee experiences and implementing webinar engagement best practices.

• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
