This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the complete development, proactive improvements, and maintenance, along with the technical governance of LeadVenture’s corporate website portfolio across various brands.
• Produce clean, functional code utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress; familiarity with additional languages or frameworks is highly advantageous.
• Act as the main point of contact and daily manager for our contracted web development agency.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized web roadmap that aligns with GTM calendars, brand refresh cycles, and product launches.
• Clearly communicate status updates, trade-offs, and recommendations to leadership in a business-oriented manner.
• Over 3 years of experience in web development, digital marketing, or a hybrid role encompassing both technical and business-facing responsibilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
• Solid project management skills: capable of managing multiple initiatives at once, establishing timelines, and advancing work with minimal oversight.
• Marketing acumen with a deep understanding of how web presence relates to branding, SEO, demand generation, and conversion.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
