📋 Description

• We are seeking a Digital Events Marketing Manager to transform ApartmentIQ’s unique data and market insights into impactful virtual experiences that shape the multifamily industry's operations.

• You will create scalable digital event systems that enhance production, boost attendee engagement, and significantly drive pipeline growth.

• In this high-ownership individual contributor role, you will serve as the vital link between our data, technology, and live audience, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.

• You will collaborate closely with GTM teams, product specialists, and the executive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly focused on digital events, webinars, or virtual production, preferably within a rapidly growing SaaS or data-rich Real Estate technology company.

• Technical Expertise in Event Technology: Extensive experience in managing contemporary webinar platforms, live-streaming tools, and seamlessly integrating them with marketing automation platforms (like HubSpot).

• Proficiency in AI-Driven Workflows: A proven history of utilizing generative AI tools to enhance event promotion materials, create script variations, and repurpose content post-event.

• Strong Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced event calendar, coordinating multiple speaker schedules and technical rehearsals simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Data-Savvy Approach: Comfortable analyzing registration and attendee behavior data to enhance future performance, along with a basic understanding of how events influence overall SEO/AEO search visibility.
