This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and oversee the entire digital production lifecycle for all virtual HealthStream User Group sessions and webinars in collaboration with the program lead.

• Direct the full spectrum of live and on-demand event production, which includes setting up platforms, coordinating speakers, conducting rehearsals, providing facilitation support, and executing live events.

• Guarantee a premium video and broadcasting experience by managing audio/visual standards, preparing and coaching speakers, and troubleshooting in real-time during live sessions.

• Assist in producing hybrid and livestream elements of in-person events, ensuring a seamless experience for both in-person and virtual participants.

• Oversee and enhance the digital event technology stack, utilizing platforms such as Sequel.io, Cvent (for virtual components), Zoom, and integrations with Higher Logic, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing and the HealthStream User Group lead to create and manage the digital events content calendar.

• Work cross-functionally to ensure a unified customer engagement experience before, during, and after each event.

• Convert digital event engagement data into practical insights by analyzing attendance, engagement, and satisfaction trends to continuously enhance programming and guide future strategies.

• Manage post-event reporting and performance assessment, delivering clear recommendations to refine content, format, and delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

• 3–6 years of experience in digital events, webinar production, or virtual event management within a B2B SaaS setting.

• Practical experience with virtual event platforms such as Sequel.io, ON24, Cvent, Zoom Webinars, or comparable tools.

• A data-driven mindset — skilled at generating reports, analyzing engagement metrics, and converting data into program recommendations.

• Strong project management abilities, capable of handling a high volume of concurrent digital programs with precision and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of marketing technologies including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Higher Logic, and Qualtrics or similar systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to work collaboratively across Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community teams.
