• **KEY DELIVERABLES:**

• - **DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:** Reporting to the CCO, you will represent Green Man Gaming with integrity and expertise, serving as a valuable resource for our existing and potential business partners.

• - **MARKET & CONSUMER UNDERSTANDING:** You leverage this insight to assist retailers, uncover new opportunities, and foresee potential challenges.

• - **COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS:** You possess the ability to identify, secure, and finalize opportunities that propel the business forward.

• **YOU HAVE:**

• - **GAMES INDUSTRY AND RETAIL KNOWLEDGE:** You are well-connected within the industry and have a comprehensive understanding of digital distribution and its ecosystems.

• - **COMMERCIAL ACUMEN:** You are entrepreneurial and possess a commercial mindset. By fostering new relationships with retailers, you can identify opportunities, close deals, and drive growth.

• - **COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT:** You are confident and articulate, comfortable managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• - **CONTRACTS AND LICENCING:** You are adept at negotiating agreements, navigating contracts, and ideally have knowledge of licensing and royalties.

• - **INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE:** You have global exposure and connections with retailers.

• - **ORGANISED:** You are capable of working independently and are willing to take initiative when required. You can effectively prioritize across multiple workstreams and deliver flexibly within tight deadlines when needed.
