Digital Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and refresh digital marketing graphics and eCommerce product visuals

• Convert creative briefs into precise visual assets that adhere to brand guidelines

• Utilize sound design principles to enhance visual hierarchy, form, layout, and consistency

• Uphold exceptional design standards to ensure precision and minimize rework

• Upload and manage digital assets within CMS and DAM systems

• Work alongside marketing and product teams to optimize production processes

• Utilize approved AI tools for asset creation while ensuring human supervision

• Recognize ongoing improvements to boost digital workflow efficiency and output quality

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a MacBook with a minimum of 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD

• Proven experience in digital design, graphic design, or digital asset creation

• Portfolio showcasing strong visual design principles, layout abilities, and meticulous attention to detail

• Advanced skills in professional design software

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of Content Management Systems

• Practical experience or strong capability in using Digital Asset Management systems

• Background in retail eCommerce or dynamic digital marketing settings

• Experience in handling high-volume repetitive digital design projects

• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools in professional design workflows

• Proficient in design and communication platforms such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Slack, and MS Teams
