Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deconstruct intricate brand and digital briefs into organized, actionable strategies

• Direct art direction for campaigns from initial concept to final execution

• Oversee website design projects encompassing both UX and UI, from wireframes to handoff

• Develop striking, intuitive, brand-centric digital and print experiences

• Create and maintain scalable design libraries

• Present work with clarity and confidence to internal teams

• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth transitions and production

• Contribute to creative strategy, storytelling, and visual direction

• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers and freelancers

• Work closely with the Head of Design to drive projects, enhance creative output, and contribute to the design team's standards, culture, and vision

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of digital design experience in a creative studio or comparable setting

• Portfolio demonstrating bold, impactful work across email, web, and branding, preferably for DTC or lifestyle brands

• Portfolio showcasing strong typography skills and a refined brand aesthetic

• High proficiency in Figma, including complex components and systems

• High proficiency across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite

• Experience in designing responsive user interfaces

• Knowledge of accessibility best practices

• Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain organization, and meet deadlines

• Curiosity for AI experimentation and image generation

• Experience with experimentation involving new tools, techniques, and workflows

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach

• Motion design skills in After Effects or similar software are a plus

• Writing abilities, print production oversight, and micro-interaction design are advantageous
