This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist our clients in developing their digital training strategies utilizing the 360Learning platform.

β€’ Oversee the setup and provide ongoing support for clients throughout our North American markets during the rollout of their new collaborative learning software.

β€’ Facilitate the renewal of contracts by coordinating various resources (technical, educational, etc.).

β€’ Ensure that the business impact of our solution aligns with the clients’ business goals.

β€’ Collaborate closely with the North American Account Management team to guarantee that client KPIs are achieved.

β€’ Design and implement processes, reporting, and communication strategies to support a one-to-many approach.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 1-1.5 years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably within the SaaS sector.

β€’ Proven experience managing a substantial portfolio primarily consisting of SMB clients (100+ clients).

β€’ A proactive approach to managing client relationships.

β€’ Preference for working in a results-driven environment.

β€’ Capable of articulating ideas through data in a clear and concise manner, both in written and spoken formats.

β€’ A strong interest in the digital sector, particularly in education and e-learning.
