• Act as a skilled facilitator and problem solver, fostering relationships both internally and externally, with a focus on enhancing customer growth, satisfaction, and product loyalty.
• Cultivate strong connections with key stakeholders within our customer base to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Track customer utilization of products and services to boost monthly recurring revenue by promoting adoption and uncovering new upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Create tailored success plans for each customer to promote adoption, expansion, and loyalty across your portfolio.
• Become an expert on the EverHealth Platforms by maintaining a thorough understanding of our technology and product offerings.
• Possess a general understanding of the EverHealth product portfolio and the value it brings to our customers.
• Recognize customer needs and identify best product workflows that assist in closing process gaps and enhancing success metrics.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in service or relationship management.
• Prior experience in SaaS account management is highly desirable, with healthcare industry experience being a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively is required.
• A proactive attitude towards taking initiative and resolving issues.
• A commitment to continuously improving processes and management best practices.
• A readiness to share effective practices from previous companies that contributed to outstanding customer experiences.
