This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish

• Organize discovery workshops and evaluate business needs

• Offer continuous support after implementation

• Create KPIs and dashboards utilizing Salesforce Einstein Analytics

• Enable effective communication between business stakeholders and IT teams

• Spearhead due diligence activities and transformation plans

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting

• Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio

• Solid background in business analysis and project management

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies

• Experience in various industry sectors such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, and payment systems

• High level of English proficiency
