Digital Content Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee the maintenance and updates of The Ember Alliance website, ensuring critical bug fixes are implemented promptly.

• Create and manage the monthly email newsletter, which includes writing and editing articles and handling the subscriber distribution list.

• Work in collaboration with program managers to design, coordinate, and monitor the monthly newsletter and social media content calendars.

• Establish and manage social media platforms, including backend administration and content creation.

• Enhance and maintain relevant SharePoint, Slack, and Asana sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least a high school diploma; a college degree in progress is preferred.

• Proven experience in website management.

• Demonstrated ability to manage monthly communication calendars.

• Experience collaborating with other organizations on various projects.

• Proficient in social media management.

• Strong writing and editing capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel and Word.
