This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance core narratives, points of view, and storytelling frameworks within the wider content ecosystem.
• Create and implement clear, high-quality briefs that align with strategic objectives.
• Ensure content is integrated across platforms and audience journeys.
• Guarantee that content aligns with brand voice, audience requirements, and best practices for each platform.
• Utilize Canva and other creative tools for content creation, editing, and rapid production of on-brand assets.
• Employ AI tools to expand core narratives across various formats and platforms.
• Transform core content into multiple web and social formats, optimized for platform performance, audience relevance, and AI discoverability.
• Collaborate with brand creative teams and agencies for concept development, iteration, and execution.
• Provide guidance and feedback on quality, clarity, and performance.
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.
• Support comprehensive content execution across web and social platforms.
• Act as a quality control checkpoint across channels.
• Assist in publishing workflows and enterprise platform execution, including Sprinklr.
• Monitor content performance and platform activity to ensure timely responses and ongoing optimization.
• Travel as necessary to manage onsite photography, videography, and real-time content capture.
• Report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing & Content Strategy.
• Collaborate with agencies and global internal partners.
• 5–10 years of experience in digital content, social media, creative strategy, brand marketing, or a related field within a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in high-visibility, fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to translate digital strategies into connected content systems across web and social channels.
• Experience in shaping briefs, guiding creative development, and collaborating with agencies or creative partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence across teams and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of digital platforms, content ecosystems, and emerging AI tools and trends.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn insights into actionable content recommendations.
• Strong editorial judgment with a keen eye for quality, clarity, brand voice, and on-brand creativity.
• Capability to manage multiple strategic and creative workstreams.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with a sense of ownership, curiosity, and the ability to foster strong partnerships.
