This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee a team of creative professionals, managing hiring, onboarding, and daily leadership.
• Create development plans, coaching schedules, and mentorship opportunities for every team member.
• Ensure team retention through trust, positive sentiment, psychological safety, and clear growth trajectories.
• Implement performance management utilizing the ARC framework; provide direct feedback and recommendations for raises/promotions.
• Manage capacity planning and staffing alignment as client bookings change.
• Conduct ongoing training and share knowledge on industry trends and tools.
• Engage directly with clients to discuss strategy, performance, and channel intricacies.
• Participate in daily creative execution for select high-priority accounts, escalations, and pitches.
• Offer executive-level oversight for pod accounts and provide hands-on support for complex or high-priority clients.
• Serve as the main escalation point for client issues within the Creative team.
• Enhance retention by delivering innovative solutions and identifying opportunities for expansion.
• Monitor client churn trends and proactively address potential risks.
• Ensure product quality through responsible QA, preventing any revenue-impacting errors.
• Drive the development of creative products through innovation, knowledge-sharing, and brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate with the Service Lead and platform partners on emerging creative trends.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Power Circuit and nova ecosystem.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance and streamline business processes, driving results.
• Oversee the growth and evolution of Creative’s product and craft.
• 7–8 years of experience in digital marketing/creative fields, with at least 5 years in an agency environment.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on, expert-level experience across creative disciplines including copywriting, design, production, strategy, and/or post-production.
• Over 5 years of experience in team management, including performance management and development planning.
• A portfolio that showcases a successful track record in conceptualizing, developing, and delivering creative campaigns across multiple channels at scale.
• Proven judgment and credibility that have garnered the trust of a team of creative specialists.
• In-depth knowledge of how creative functions within the wider marketing funnel and business strategy.
• Executive-level presentation and communication abilities, capable of advising senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• A visionary leader with a history of cultivating culture, inspiring teams, and pushing creative boundaries while achieving measurable business outcomes.
