This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance core narratives, perspectives, and storytelling frameworks within the wider content ecosystem.
• Create and implement high-quality briefs that align with strategic objectives.
• Ensure content is interconnected across various platforms and audience journeys.
• Maintain alignment of content with brand voice, audience requirements, and best practices for each platform.
• Utilize Canva and other creative tools for the development, editing, and rapid creation of on-brand assets.
• Employ AI tools to scale core narratives across different formats and platforms.
• Transform core content into various web and social formats optimized for performance, relevance, and discoverability via AI.
• Collaborate with brand creative teams and agencies on concept development, iterations, and execution.
• Offer creative direction and feedback to ensure quality, clarity, and performance expectations are met.
• Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.
• Support comprehensive content execution across web and social media platforms.
• Serve as a quality checkpoint across all channels.
• Assist in publishing workflows and platform execution, including enterprise platforms like Sprinklr.
• Monitor content performance and platform activity to facilitate timely responses and ongoing optimization.
• Travel as necessary to oversee onsite photography, videography, and real-time content capture.
• Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing & Content Strategy, agencies, and global internal partners to bring ideas to fruition.
• 5–10 years of experience in digital content, social media, creative strategy, brand marketing, or a related field within a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in high-visibility, fast-paced environments.
• Proven capability to translate digital strategy into interconnected content systems across web and social channels.
• Experience in shaping briefs, guiding creative development, and collaborating with agencies or creative partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of digital platforms, content ecosystems, and emerging AI tools and trends.
• Data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting performance metrics and translating insights into actionable content recommendations.
• Strong editorial judgment and a keen eye for quality, clarity, brand voice, and on-brand creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic and creative workstreams with clarity, urgency, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with a sense of ownership, curiosity, and the ability to forge strong partnerships across functions.
