Digital Consulting Manager – Oracle HCM Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take on a dynamic and essential role at Huron.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior members of the engagement team.

• Oversee and deliver technology solutions that meet client objectives.

• Assist clients throughout the complete implementation process.

• Supervise and mentor junior and/or offshore resources involved in the payroll module implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in cloud implementations within a consulting environment.

• Experience as a functional application specialist, particularly with Oracle HCM Cloud and the Payroll module.

• Demonstrated success in implementing the Oracle Cloud Payroll module.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Interpersonal abilities necessary to build quick and effective relationships of trust and collaboration.

• Capability to train and contribute to the professional growth of Huron personnel.

• Proven track record of contributing to multiple projects with varying scales and timelines.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
