Digital Consulting Director – Oracle EPM Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Huron and client senior leadership to design and implement enterprise technology solutions.

• Oversee client engagement delivery.

• Lead teams and manage various programs.

• Build lasting relationships with clients.

• Promote and sell additional project work to clients.

• Drive project delivery and assist with business pursuits.

• Manage multiple projects of varying scales and durations.

• Train and contribute to the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical aspects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory capacity focused on enterprise-level platform implementations.

• Proficient in estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.

• Expertise in Oracle EPM Planning with comprehensive implementations in a consulting context.

• Capability to drive delivery and support business pursuits.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities to foster trust and collaboration.

• Capacity to establish credibility with senior-level, financially savvy client executives.

• Demonstrated thought leadership through public speaking engagements and/or publications.

• Ability to manage multiple projects of different scales and durations.

• Competence in training and supporting the development of Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Flexibility in living location within the United States.
