This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Solution Architecture: Spearhead the comprehensive architecture and design of ServiceNow Order Management solutions, encompassing order capture, decomposition, orchestration, and fulfillment workflows tailored to client business requirements.
• Requirements & Discovery: Lead discovery workshops with client stakeholders to collect and convert business and technical requirements into scalable OM design patterns and solution blueprints.
• Platform Configuration & Oversight: Direct and supervise the configuration of ServiceNow OM modules, including order decomposition rules, fulfillment tasks, SLA management, and catalog-driven order flows.
• Integration Design: Establish integration strategies between ServiceNow OM and external systems like CRM, ERP, billing, and provisioning platforms, utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Technical Leadership: Deliver hands-on technical guidance to development and configuration teams, conducting design reviews, enforcing platform governance, and ensuring compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main technical liaison for client architects, product owners, and business stakeholders, articulating solution design decisions with clarity and confidence.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify avenues to enhance order lifecycle processes, propose platform improvements, and assist in the development of internal OM accelerators, templates, and reusable assets.
• Over 7 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on Order Management (OM) architecture and delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying ServiceNow OM solutions, including order decomposition, catalog integration, and fulfillment orchestration.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals — Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Scripted APIs.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow OM with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, ServiceNow Sales OM) and ERP or billing systems.
• Knowledge of Sales Order Management (Sales OM) and its transition to fulfillment OM workflows is a significant advantage.
• Background in telecom or CSP environments with familiarity in Service Order Management (SOM), TM Forum APIs, or BSS/OSS integrations is a plus.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Architect (CAA) designation is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to convey complex architectural concepts to both technical and business audiences.
