Digital Commerce Resolution Specialist – Afternoon Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Diligently adhere to SOPs to ensure that orders are processed and shipped on the same day.

• Generate dynamic reports throughout the day to identify any failed or blocked EDI/cXML orders, resolve the underlying issues, and confirm that the order is ready to proceed to fulfillment.

• Create and utilize cases when interacting with customers.

• Record reasons for order failures or blocks in tracking, regularly review and address root causes to prevent future issues.

• Address immediate customer needs, including complaints, issues, tasks, requests, or updates.

• Manage incoming communications from customers and customer systems (calls, emails, third-party platforms) to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.

• Log, categorize, resolve, and close any issues that arise in a timely and efficient manner while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.

• Serve as the customer-facing “case owner” when a customer reports a problem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SAP (Order Entry, Customer Master, Deals, invoice output settings).

• Experience troubleshooting cXML or EDI orders.

• Ability to address IDOC failures.

• Skilled in troubleshooting electronic invoices.

• Familiarity with customer transactions over B2B marketplaces (Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer).

• Experience with SFDC case management.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong time management skills.
