This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert and a reliable advisor regarding our digital solutions for both customers (externally) and Intuitive colleagues (internally).

• Conduct Intuitive Hub in-services, perform workflow analysis, and customize and optimize processes to achieve customer goals.

• Educate and prepare customers for My Intuitive+, including onboarding procedures.

• Oversee and promote the utilization of digital products by customers and clinical users.

• Foster ongoing expansion of the user base by collaborating with key hospital personnel and thought leaders.

• Test and troubleshoot the functionality of installed systems; identify and document issues for escalation to digital technical support teams for resolution.

• Lead training sessions for clinical teams, aiding their understanding of system operations.

• Onboard, coach, and mentor both new and existing team members.

• Engage in the training and launch of new products and/or procedures.

• Contribute to departmental and cross-functional projects aimed at developing or enhancing Intuitive processes, deliverables, and other materials.

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal colleagues, including dV sales and clinical teams, digital support, marketing, and field service.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience with procedural/OR health software is required.

• At least 2 years’ experience with clinical project integrations is required.

• Previous experience with EMR/PACS solutions is an advantage.

• Experience in training clinical and OR staff is essential.

• Familiarity with the procedural/operating room environment is required.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary.

• Capacity to deliver consistent and effective communication is required.

• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities in a fast-paced setting are necessary.

• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English are required.
