This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of specific workstreams within Flagstar's digital measurement and analytics capabilities across web, mobile applications, and digital marketing channels.

• Implement instrumentation, reporting, and platform tasks within the defined measurement framework.

• Carry out digital measurement tasks, which include event taxonomy, KPI definitions, tagging governance, as well as abandonment, completion, and adoption reporting.

• Establish instrumentation requirements for digital experiences, features, and campaigns prior to the commencement of development.

• Deploy, maintain, and perform quality assurance on tags across designated digital properties.

• Construct and sustain client-side and server-side data collection configurations, which encompass digital analytics, paid media tracking, and consent management.

• Contribute to the development of data layer specifications for web and mobile application projects.

• Conduct tag audits and quality assurance, document findings, and escalate any data quality concerns.

• Manage assigned configurations in Adobe Analytics, GA4, and other relevant digital analytics platforms.

• Ensure the health of the platform, including user access, data feeds, processing rules, and downstream integrations.

• Design and maintain digital performance dashboards and reporting views.

• Create reports in Power BI or Tableau that link digital behavioral data to marketing and business outcomes.

• Analyze digital data to pinpoint friction points, drop-off trends, and engagement indicators.

• Implement measurement plans and analyze results for A/B and multivariate testing.

• Offer analysis, platform guidance, and measurement support to marketing, digital experience, and technology stakeholders.

• Create training materials, documentation, and user guides.

• Incorporate compliance, legal, and privacy considerations into digital data collection efforts.

• Assist with cross-channel projects and analytics infrastructure initiatives.

• Undertake special projects and other responsibilities as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required.

• Over 6 years of practical experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or digital measurement.

• Proficient in implementing and maintaining tags in Adobe Launch (Adobe Tags) and/or Google Tag Manager.

• Familiarity with server-side container configurations.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics and/or GA4, including report configuration, variable mapping, and data validation.

• Understanding of privacy-first measurement practices, including consent management platforms, server-side tagging, and consent mode.

• Proficient in SQL for data querying and reporting support.

• Experience in creating dashboards and reporting views in Power BI, Dynamics, or Tableau.

• Ability to collaborate with web and mobile app development teams regarding data layer and instrumentation needs.

• Familiarity with paid digital media measurement, such as search, social, programmatic, and affiliate tracking architectures.

• Capability to identify metric implications, formulate initial recommendations, and escalate ambiguous root causes.

• Skill in translating business requirements into technical specifications.

• Competence in developing training materials and documentation.

• Basic understanding of CCPA, GLBA, and emerging state privacy regulations.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and communicate status and trade-offs.

• An advanced degree in a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, or similar CDP environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of Snowflake or BigQuery is preferred.

• Experience with Python or R is preferred.

• Certification in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or a comparable platform is preferred.

• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is preferred.
