Digital Analytics Analyst – ECommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Transform user digital behavior into actionable insights to enhance experience, boost conversion rates, and drive lead generation and sales.

• Execute the digital measurement plan to assess business objectives across websites and products throughout LATAM.

• Collaborate in the setup and validation of tags in Google Tag Manager to ensure the accurate capture and transmission of data to GA4, CRM, and digital marketing tools.

• Assist in the implementation and advanced measurement in GA4, including custom events, conversions, and configurations by country and domain.

• Create and update reports and dashboards using Looker Studio or Power BI.

• Identify insights and propose actionable recommendations for business, marketing, and product teams.

• Work alongside the growth team in the setup and analysis of A/B experiments.

• Document measurement plans by country.

• Configure analytical and testing tools such as Microsoft Clarity and LogRocket.

• Coordinate with development, product, marketing, and growth teams to adjust tracking across various platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in digital analytics, tagging implementation, web measurement, or business intelligence.

• Experience with websites focused on lead generation and digital sales.

• Knowledge and experience in Google Analytics 4.

• Knowledge and experience in Google Tag Manager.

• Essential knowledge and experience in Looker Studio.

• Knowledge and experience in Power BI.

• Familiarity with BigQuery.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• A degree in fields related to Engineering, Administration, Marketing, or similar areas.
