This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead product team members through intricate data environments, offering essential insights that facilitate key decision-making processes.
• Perform in-depth analyses of user interactions, application performance, and product functionalities to enhance player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure high-quality behavioral data collection by working alongside analytics developers on tracking implementations and troubleshooting issues.
• Create and sustain dashboards, reports, and alert systems for the real-time observation of critical conversion metrics.
• Effectively communicate insights to stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Diagnose data issues and refine tracking systems to uphold data integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Critical thinking orientation with a proactive demeanor and high dependability.
• Proficient SQL capabilities for querying and handling databases.
• Experience in crafting comprehensive reports and dashboards utilizing tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Knowledge of digital analytics platforms like Snowplow and GA4, along with tracking mechanisms and data layers.
• Familiarity with data modeling in Dataform and session replay/autotracking platforms is a plus.
