This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Spearhead the Digital Advertising strategy, implementation, and enhancement for designated clients and prospects, ensuring campaigns align with their business objectives.
• Work in partnership with Sales and Client Services to translate client aspirations into data-driven marketing strategies that achieve brand visibility, lead volume, and lead quality targets.
• Guarantee that all creative assets, including website content, images, and video materials, are consistent with the overarching digital strategy to optimize performance and fulfill client objectives.
• Supervise the setup and execution of campaigns for new clients, ensuring adherence to brand standards and location-specific performance goals.
• Actively assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including web traffic and lead generation metrics to uncover optimization opportunities using best practices and advanced tools.
• Implement performance testing, such as A/B testing, predictive modeling, and cost-benefit analyses to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
• Innovate and introduce new processes, tools, and techniques to boost campaign performance and efficiency.
• Ensure the reliability and effectiveness of key campaign components, including call tracking, form submissions, ad copy, landing pages, and reporting mechanisms.
• Prioritize tasks and provide clear guidance to team members, ensuring the efficient execution, optimization, and fulfillment of campaigns for assigned accounts while upholding quality and performance standards.
• Serve as the escalation point for urgent issues, engaging executive leadership as necessary to address challenges swiftly.
• Demonstrate expertise and professionalism during client-facing performance reviews, new account onboarding sessions, and sales presentations to foster trust and confidence.
• Generate standardized performance and campaign health reports at both brand and location levels, enabling timely, accurate, and actionable analysis of performance trends.
• Provide insightful performance analysis that underscores campaign status, results against targets, drivers of variance, and clear recommendations to enhance outcomes and improve client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Sales to deliver market analysis, performance insights, and customized reports, while engaging in client discussions to manage expectations and effectively communicate results.
• Partner with Fulfillment and R&D teams to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and functionality of Enspire reporting tools, including Center mark.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret digital, web, and mobile performance data across the Enspire portfolio to assess the effectiveness of digital traffic tools, vendor contributions, and overall campaign processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous.
• Over 3 years of experience in leading intricate Digital Advertising strategies for large clients, ideally in franchise or multi-location settings.
• Proficiency in Paid Search, Programmatic Display, and Social Advertising, with a strong emphasis on optimization, fulfillment, data analysis, and performance reporting.
• Advanced skills in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or other digital marketing platforms.
• Proven capability to report on digital marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and engagement metrics to assess and enhance campaign success.
• Extensive experience in evaluating both digital and offline marketing opportunities and crafting tailored strategies and playbooks for clients across various industries.
• Established track record of providing strong technical expertise and leadership, delivering results for both teams and clients.
• Outstanding team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with a demonstrated capacity to think creatively and foster innovation in digital strategies.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
