This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance your expertise in all facets of digital advertising (direct response and persuasion) while managing your accounts with moderate guidance.
• Master the strategies for digital advertising, encompassing both direct response and persuasive techniques.
• Spearhead various statewide and/or national advertising initiatives, collaborating with other teams and colleagues to achieve results with moderate support from your manager and the email team.
• Oversee all aspects of an account with a reasonable level of assistance, taking ownership of significant components of medium and/or large accounts, including projections, media planning, content creation, ad testing, trafficking, optimization, reporting, list rental/other acquisition purchases, CRM management, client communication, and cost tracking.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in executing digital marketing campaigns, particularly focusing on Facebook, Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and/or Twitter advertising.
• Proficient in working with Facebook Ads and Business Manager.
• Background in political campaigns, at a political organization, or within a firm associated with one of these sectors.
• Proven experience in guiding campaign or organizational leaders through the outcomes of direct response marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with constituent relationship management software such as Blue State Digital, NGP, ActionKit, Salesforce, or other similar platforms.
• Knowledge in report template design, data visualization, and presentation design is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a metric-driven analytical mindset.
