Digital Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel user acquisition expansion through SEA/Paid media, influencer marketing, SEO, ASO, and various other relevant channels.

• Design, implement, and oversee data-driven, conversion-oriented paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Create, edit, and deliver top-notch ad creatives, ensuring they adhere to the highest quality standards.

• Efficiently manage the advertising budget by utilizing data, measurement, and attribution insights.

• Supervise the localization of all advertisements into over 10 languages.

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, content creators, and online educators.

• Conduct keyword and topic research to uncover growth potential and develop SEO-optimized content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in managing performance-focused ad campaigns across Meta, Apple Search Ads, and Google Ads, with a proven history of ROAS optimization.

• Proficiency in playing a musical instrument and reading music notation is essential to comprehend musicians' requirements.

• Capability to independently produce and edit ad creatives and copy (texts, videos, and images).

• Familiarity with creators/UGC and AI tools for generating high-quality, cost-effective creatives.

• Experience in SEO, including keyword research, content strategy, and performance evaluation.

• Skilled in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Exceptional communication abilities in English, both written and verbal.
