Digital Account Manager – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for designated mid-level accounts, ensuring consistent and organized communication with both clients and internal teams.

• Conduct regular client check-ins, project updates, and performance discussions to guarantee clarity and fulfillment of expectations throughout each campaign.

• Establish trust with clients by delivering strategic insights, timely updates, and a proactive approach to recognizing risks or opportunities.

• Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables across various campaigns simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and compliance with client expectations.

• Collect all campaign assets, requirements, and creative inputs necessary for campaign development and updates.

• Maintain comprehensive project plans and ensure internal alignment across cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient workflow.

• Support the entire lifecycle of digital campaigns, including implementation, onboarding, mid-flight adjustments, optimizations, and renewals.

• Assist with the intake and execution of campaign modifications such as targeting changes, creative updates, landing page revisions, and more.

• Ensure campaigns are correctly set up and smoothly transitioned between different phases.

• Collaborate with sales, creative, content, and paid media teams to guarantee the seamless creation of digital assets, ad copy, and paid media campaigns.

• Promote collaboration among departments to ensure client goals and requirements are clearly understood and consistently executed.

• Advocate for client needs while balancing internal workflows and capacity constraints.

• Perform detailed quality assurance on all campaign materials, including creative assets, ad copy, URLs, tracking tags, and platform configurations, to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.

• Monitor account health, pacing, and performance trends; escalate issues or insights to internal teams and clients as necessary.

• Provide reporting and performance summaries that emphasize results, insights, and suggested adjustments.

• Drive Net Retention for your portfolio by managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and delivering value-driven recommendations.

• Assist in proposal development and pricing discussions in collaboration with Sales.

• Maintain precise revenue forecasting for your assigned accounts.

• Input, organize, and keep campaign data up to date in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness for internal teams.

• Monitor campaign details, client requests, timelines, and milestones within internal systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, project management, or client services (experience in an agency or digital services preferred).

• Strong understanding of core digital marketing channels (paid search, paid social, display, content, creative workflows).

• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client discussions and internal alignments.

• Outstanding time management, prioritization, and task management skills.

• A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Capability to interpret basic campaign performance metrics and communicate insights effectively.

• Comfortable using CRM tools, project management software, and spreadsheets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
