Digital Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identifying client needs through in-person or virtual consultations to define their digital objectives.

• Designing and executing a thorough digital strategy for designated clients.

• Managing the client's online presence while pinpointing opportunities for enhancement.

• Delivering effective social media strategies and providing training to clients as necessary.

• Evaluating the success of digital strategies by monitoring metrics such as customer conversion rates and cost-per-click.

• Establishing and nurturing positive, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related discipline.

• A certification in digital marketing management is highly desirable.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a digital account manager or in a comparable position.

• Strong understanding of digital best practices, marketing strategies, and social media management.

• Knowledge of digital and social media platforms, including X, Facebook, Instagram, email marketing, and Google+.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Buffer, HootSuite, and Google Analytics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
