
Digital Account Executive β Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
β’ Serve as the subject matter expert on the application of Salesforce Marketing solutions by local agencies within their organizations.
β’ Empower and support the wider Account Team regarding all aspects of Salesforce Marketing technology.
β’ Collaborate with Account and Territory teams to pinpoint target accounts.
β’ Create and drive revenue generation within a designated region and/or a list of named accounts.
β’ Generate business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting within current Salesforce customers.
β’ Manage the entire sales cycle for the Salesforce Marketing technology suite β encompassing lead generation, deal strategy, pricing and packaging, and closing deals.
β’ Achieve and surpass all quarterly and annual sales targets.
β’ Enhance brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation by leveraging networking and industry associations.
β’ Maintain precise account and opportunity forecasting.
β’ Ensure complete customer satisfaction and retention.
β’ Build and nurture key relationships with customer stakeholders to drive satisfaction in assigned accounts.
β’ Assist in crafting and executing a comprehensive long-term account strategy aligned with customer business goals.
β’ Coordinate internal resources to fulfill customer business requirements.
β’ Communicate the value proposition for both existing and potential customers.
β’ Foster growth in both new and existing assigned accounts.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in outside enterprise software sales.
β’ A proven history as a collaborative team player in a Co-Prime/Overlay Sales role.
β’ Experience in digital marketing sales and familiarity with pertinent marketing technologies is essential.
β’ Strong preference for prior experience with the complete Salesforce Marketing Technology Stack β including Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Social Studio, and Salesforce.com.
β’ Experience in selling enterprise SaaS, CRM, digital engagement, or cloud technologies.
β’ Experience working with or selling to Public Sector organizations is highly preferred.
β’ Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
β’ Proven capability to operate independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
β’ Demonstrated strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.
β’ Experience selling at the C-suite level (CMO, CDO, etc.) is advantageous.
β’ Ability to conduct high-level product demonstrations and be recognized as the product expert during the sales process.
β’ Comfortable and effective in online meetings, virtual demos, and conference calls.
β’ A passion for assisting state and local government agencies in modernizing constituent and citizen experiences.
β’ Willingness to travel as required.
