This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will be responsible for overseeing sales management, driving growth, and meeting or surpassing annual sales objectives.
• You will engage with clients throughout the entire sales process, from prospecting and acquiring clients to demonstrating the platform and closing negotiations.
• You will provide on-the-ground support and mentorship to the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, helping to generate new qualified opportunities and pipelines through innovative outbound strategies.
• We create value by sharing insightful information with our partners and potential partners. You will effectively articulate the value proposition through proposals and presentations, ensuring clients derive maximum benefit from our offerings, such as free trials.
• You will be an expert in your market, offering insights to the team regarding market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities for enhancing client value by expanding company offerings. You will identify emerging markets and shifts while staying informed about new products and the competitive landscape.
• You will develop and execute new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs aimed at capturing key demographics.
• You will present sales results, revenue forecasts, and realistic projections to the management team.
• You will receive support from Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, and Sales Enablement functions.
• To achieve consistent success, you will perform accurate forecasting and keep your pipeline updated at all times, as we believe that sales is a balancing act!
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in SaaS or MarTech.
• Familiarity with market research, sales tactics, and negotiation principles.
• Proven abilities in verbal and written communication, effective phone skills, and excellent listening skills.
• You should possess technical knowledge that surpasses that of typical salespeople, being a savvy tech enthusiast always looking for solutions and ideas.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment working with direct sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Exceptional project and time management capabilities.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic startup environment.
• Previous experience in the retail, finance, automotive, telecom, and travel industries is a significant advantage!
