This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Oversee all facets of account management, which includes establishing and nurturing strategic business relationships with corporate and senior management personnel in key accounts.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to manage and pinpoint key target account opportunities.
β’ Formulate product strategies to thoroughly and consistently engage key accounts.
β’ Offer strategic and tactical guidance regarding target accounts to regional and district teams.
β’ Counsel sales and marketing management, providing appropriate insights on challenges and opportunities within key target accounts.
β’ Analyze and address channel-specific training requirements within the Region.
β’ Create an annual business plan with specific goals and objectives aimed at boosting sales volume and market share.
β’ Consistently identify local opportunities and threats, adjusting business plans as necessary.
β’ Comprehend and effectively leverage a wide array of financial and quantitative data and analyses.
β’ Collaborate with Field Sales Managers to assess and penetrate non-retail account drivers within MSAs.
β’ Propel target account volume and share growth through comprehensive analysis.
β’ Preferred Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is mandatory.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management is required.
β’ A minimum of 3 years in Health Science Field or Sales experience, including at least 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.
β’ In absence of a degree, 8+ years of Health Science Sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical sales is acceptable.
β’ Proven ability to network and collaborate effectively across various functional areas.
β’ Exceptional organizational and project management skills, along with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
β’ Strong track record of managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
β’ Must meet all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements.
