DIFM Marketing Admin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +23 more states.

📋 Description

• Plan and organize monthly marketing calendars for DIFM clients, including blogs, emails, and social media posts, ensuring timely delivery each month.

• Coordinate the scheduling of custom blogs, emails, and social media posts as per client requests.

• Manage the scheduling of social assist posts on a weekly basis.

• Support calendar execution and collaboration with the wider Concierge team.

• Execute website updates on behalf of DIFM clients.

• Provide prompt and helpful assistance to clients via live chat.

• Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and general company information.

• Swiftly and effectively escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a client-facing role or marketing operations, ideally within a SaaS or digital services setting.

• Knowledge of content scheduling, website management, or digital marketing processes.

• Quick to adapt to new tools and technologies.

• Experience with HubSpot is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent critical thinking skills.

• Fast learner who adjusts easily to evolving environments and new technologies.

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

• Genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding client service.
