Dialog Marketing Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You maintain the connections in the marketing conversation and transform contacts into tangible opportunities.

• In the role of Dialog Marketing Agent, you serve as the primary link between prospects, marketing, and sales teams.

• Through diligent lead management, telephone follow-ups, and meticulous tracking, you ensure that every potential opportunity is maximized.

• You log incoming downloads and inquiries as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in the system, pre-qualify these leads, and systematically pass them on to the relevant colleagues.

• You take charge of registrations for demo days, trade shows, and marketing initiatives, inputting them into the system and ensuring consistent follow-up through reminders.

• You analyze website interactions, record pertinent contacts in the system, and identify specific needs through direct communication.

• By proactively engaging in telephone outreach within the B2B sector, you discover qualified opportunities and pave the way for new prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training or a similar qualification.

• Experience in telephone outreach for acquiring new customers and qualifying B2B opportunities.

• Proficient in the use of CRM systems, structured lead processing, familiarity with marketing campaigns, and fundamental marketing concepts.

• Excellent communication skills, dependable on the phone, organized in follow-ups, and consistent in execution.

• Very good command of the German language.
