Diabetes Health Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide educational courses to adult patients.

• Implement the EMPOWER program for patients.

• Conduct in-person courses within the designated area and occasional video sessions.

• Ensure that the EMPOWER program is delivered in compliance with all Spirit policies and procedures.

• Experience in teaching or training adults.

• Ability to assist patients in achieving positive changes and improved health outcomes.

• Must reside within the area, possess a car, and hold a valid UK driving license.
