D&I Program Manager, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Professional Services Engineers, PreSales, Product Management, and various teams to create and deliver dependable platform and data solutions.

• Spearhead the creation of proposals for D&I clients by collecting technical information, articulating value propositions, and aligning with mission requirements.

• Work in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders to outline project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

• Convert business and technical requirements into actionable and straightforward deliverables.

• Define and oversee detailed project timelines; drive the execution of project plans; proactively identify and address risks; and monitor project expenses and budget.

• Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding progress, adjustments, and strategies.

• Develop and implement processes aimed at operational excellence and scalability.

• Continuously enhance workflows and processes by analyzing business operations and identifying inefficiencies.

• Oversee contracts with subcontractors, including task delegation, deliverable tracking, and budget oversight.

• Assess project performance and customer satisfaction to enhance future service delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of project management experience, including involvement in proposal development for government or defense-related clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Experience in preparing and contributing to technical proposals.

• Background in working with or as part of the Defense and Intelligence community.

• Capable of managing intricate, cross-functional projects in a technical or product development environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in independently managing competing priorities and quickly adapting in dynamic settings.

• A mindset focused on continuous improvement, with the capability to balance daily tasks with future enhancements.
