DevSecOps Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of production reliability and availability objectives.

• Lead security remediation efforts.

• Develop an incident response process that includes root cause analysis.

• Implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) for essential services.

• Manage edge protection measures, including Cloudflare WAF, rate limiting, DDoS mitigation, and Bot Management.

• Enhance CI/CD and testing environments to support development teams.

• Establish security practices within CI/CD processes.

• Broaden the coverage of Infrastructure as Code.

• Guide and mentor the DevOps engineer on your team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles.

• At least 2 years with a focus on security.

• Proven experience in managing production Kubernetes environments (EKS preferred).

• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, S3).

• Familiarity with Terraform.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing system reliability.

• Proficient in reading and debugging application code (Python).

• English proficiency at intermediate level or higher.

• Native proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian.
