DevSecOps Lead

• **Intetics Inc**., a global technology firm specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and comprehensive digital solutions, is looking for a highly proficient and experienced **DevSecOps Lead** to become part of our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

• **Your Responsibilities**

• 1. Security & Compliance (Primary Focus)

• - Lead the implementation of PCI DSS controls throughout both infrastructure and application layers.

• - Design secure AWS architectures focusing on VPC segmentation, IAM boundaries, and least privilege access.

• - Establish encryption standards for data at rest and in transit.

• - Set up and manage security tools (e.g., WAF, GuardDuty, logging/monitoring).

• - Collaborate directly with auditors and internal stakeholders.

• 2. Infrastructure & DevSecOps

• - Oversee AWS infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure as Code (SST / CDK / Pulumi / Terraform).

• - Enhance deployment reliability and ensure consistency across environments.

• - Integrate security measures into CI/CD pipelines.

• - Implement secrets management and secure configuration practices.

• 3. Platform Stability & Scalability

• - Design systems capable of handling high-volume financial transactions.

• - Enhance system reliability, fault tolerance, and observability.

• - Optimize cloud architecture for both performance and cost efficiency.

• 4. Leadership & Mentorship

• - Serve as the internal Security Champion.

• - Establish best practices for cloud architecture and secure development.

• - Mentor engineers on secure coding and infrastructure practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Must-haves**

• - 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Backend Infrastructure.

• - Strong practical AWS experience in production settings.

• - Demonstrated experience working with or implementing PCI DSS, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 standards.

• - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (CDK, Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).

• - Comprehensive understanding of IAM & least privilege, Network security (VPCs, subnets, isolation), and Encryption & secrets management.

• - Proven track record in building or maintaining secure and scalable systems.

• **Nice to Have**

• - Experience in fintech, payments, or high-compliance environments.

• - Knowledge of Node.js / TypeScript environments.

• - Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident response systems.
