DevSecOps Engineer – Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Demonstrating and implementing contemporary security solutions within client projects.

• Executing security processes and tools in cloud environments, with a focus on Kubernetes.

• Creating and maintaining custom API scripts in Python for the automation and management of security tools.

• Assisting clients with short-term implementation projects while also offering long-term support for their queries.

• Collaborating closely with a specialized team of five security professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in relevant fields such as DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or IT Security Consulting.

• Strong expertise in Kubernetes (Certified Kubernetes Administrator/CKA required), Linux, Git/GitOps, Terraform, Python, Helm, as well as security concepts and best practices.

• Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level); English proficiency at least at B2 level.

• Certification as a Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) is desirable.

• Experience with Aqua Security, AWS, Azure, or CNAPP solutions is a plus.

• Familiarity with BSI IT-Grundschutz or other compliance frameworks is advantageous.
