DevOps Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Address intricate DevOps challenges

• Oversee Product Operations and DevOps engineers

• Perform a thorough audit of current service management procedures

• Define operational performance metrics and strategy

• React promptly to alerts

• Collaborate with SL1/SL3, third-party vendors, and internal partners

• Deliver regular updates to the direct supervisor

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• Over 5 years of experience as a DevOps engineer or SRE engineer

• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience

• Profound knowledge of the ITIL framework

• Practical experience in production environments

• Extensive experience with Linux, networking, Docker, configuration management tools (such as Ansible and Puppet), CI/CD tools (like Git and Jenkins), cloud services (AWS), and orchestration (Kubernetes and Nomad)

• Proficient in writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform

• Familiarity with monitoring solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios/Sensu) and logging tools (Elastic Stack, Loki)

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English

• Programming experience in Python/Bash
