DevOps / Platform Engineer, L2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Develop infrastructure services and automation systems

• Enhance deployments, observability, and operational stability

• Collaborate with various engineering teams

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines

• Create and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules

• Implement observability stacks

• Design and maintain shared development environments

• Integrate security best practices into platform tools

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in platform, DevOps, or SRE roles

• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and GitOps workflows

• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts; experience in building release pipelines

• Solid knowledge of cloud services (AWS/GCP), including IAM, EC2, VPC, S3, and Lambda

• Experience with containers (Docker) and container orchestration (e.g., ECS, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools
