DevOps Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design, execution, and enhancement of DevOps methodologies for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated systems.

• Define and oversee CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent platforms.

• Manage environment strategies, release management, and deployment procedures across various environments.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure efficient and dependable delivery.

• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation for scalable and repeatable deployment processes.

• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, ensuring prompt incident response and resolution.

• Establish and uphold DevOps best practices, standards, and governance.

• Oversee version control, branching strategies, and the structure of code repositories.

• Ensure security, compliance, and data protection throughout the DevOps lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in DevOps, with proficiency in Microsoft C# and Azure Cloud Services.

• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar solutions.

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and its available services.

• Proficient in infrastructure as code tools (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform).

• Required knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights).

• Strong grasp of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.

• Familiarity with security best practices in DevOps (DevSecOps).

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1) is mandatory.

• Must have experience collaborating with U.S. clients.
