DevOps Engineer – T-Cloud Public

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Create backend services, APIs, and data models for learning paths, user progress, and content delivery.

• Implement integrations related to ServiceNow CSM and NEOS, including case updates, workflow triggers, and data exchange.

• Collaborate with the offshore team to coordinate development tasks and uphold backend code quality.

• Facilitate the automation of lab environments and platform components using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Monitor backend performance and address issues that impact user flows or data integrity.

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines for backend services and ensure seamless release cycles.

• Guarantee backend security, logging, and audit readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a degree in a technical, engineering, or scientific discipline, or equivalent professional training.

• Have 5–7 years of professional IT experience with a strong emphasis on modern cloud technologies.

• Exhibit solid knowledge of software-defined networks, routing, firewalls, and physical network infrastructure.

• Have considerable experience in infrastructure automation.

• Demonstrate strong expertise in Linux systems and network-related services.

• Show a high level of customer focus and service orientation.

• Possess experience working with agile development methodologies.

• Be capable of evaluating technical solutions and devising innovative approaches to complex problems.

• Have experience with OpenStack and programming in open-source initiatives.

• Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
