DevOps Engineer – Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strive to enhance the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) for maximum intuitiveness and efficiency

• Remove obstacles in the software delivery process

• Create self-service features within the IDP along with high-performance CI/CD pipelines in GitLab

• Assist teams in assuming full responsibility for their services

• Proactively guide development teams and advocate for best practices in cloud-native development and deployment techniques

• Automate application deployment utilizing Helm

• Serve as a service-oriented liaison between development and operations

• Continuously refine the tools that enhance the developer journey

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of professional experience in software development or DevOps with a significant emphasis on automation

• Skilled in GitLab CI, Helm, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Terraform / OpenTofu

• Strong service mindset coupled with demonstrated mentoring abilities

• Enthusiasm for streamlining processes and establishing self-service infrastructures

• Proficient German language skills (C1 or above) and good English skills (B2 or above)
