DevOps Engineer – Power Platform, Power Apps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will develop tailored solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform to significantly enhance our logistics, administrative, and support functions.

• You will build Power Apps, including both Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, while crafting user-friendly applications for our teams.

• You will model and automate workflows using Power Automate to minimize manual tasks and enhance process visibility.

• You will implement cutting-edge AI solutions and agents, such as those utilizing Copilot Studio, while assisting in the meaningful and secure integration of AI into our operations.

• You will assess requirements from various departments, including handling, dispatch, HR, and sales, translating them into effective, streamlined digital solutions.

• You will support the entire development lifecycle—from the initial concept and proof of concept through to production rollout.

• You will integrate Power Platform solutions into existing system infrastructures (e.g., TMS, WMS, CRM).

• You will document your solutions, establish best practices, and empower colleagues to independently develop smaller applications, automations, or reports using Microsoft Power Platform low-code tools.

• You will design and maintain the Power Platform and application landscape sustainably, while continuously enhancing CI/CD pipelines for applications and Power Platform artifacts (e.g., Solutions, Flows, Environment Variables).


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and Microsoft Azure.

• A strong interest in and enjoyment of creating low-code and no-code solutions leveraging modern cloud technologies.

• A solid understanding of data modeling, interfaces, and system integrations.

• Ideally, some knowledge of IT processes within a logistics, industrial, or service organization—or a willingness to learn about our workflows.

• A passion for simplifying complexity and developing solutions that are effective in daily operations.

• A solution-focused, organized approach to work and a keen interest in collaborating with various departments.

• Several years of experience in DevOps, software delivery, or platform operations.

• A strong understanding of CI/CD, version control (Git), and release management.

• Hands-on experience in developing Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven) and working with Power Platform Solutions.
