DevOps Engineer – Google Cloud Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance developer platforms to ensure rapid feedback, superior quality, and maximum adaptability.

• Create and automate developer platforms that enable teams to operate swiftly and deliver with assurance.

• Incorporate contemporary tools into CI/CD pipelines, always prioritizing functional safety and dependability.

• Assume responsibility for GKE / Kubernetes infrastructure on Google Cloud.

• Proactively strengthen systems through robust security engineering practices.

• Consistently enhance the platform to accelerate development, improve safety, and increase scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering – as a creator, not merely a spectator.

• Proficient in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Capable of working confidently with Kubernetes and Linux.

• Utilize Infrastructure as Code, Docker/CRI-O, and shell scripting as integral components of your daily toolkit.

• Familiarity with tools such as Graylog, Grafana, Prometheus, Python, or Jenkins (preferred).

• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or AWS (preferred).
