DevOps Engineer, Full-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate customer requirements within the Kubernetes ecosystem

• Design and develop contemporary developer and platform solutions

• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to enhance existing platforms

• Provide guidance on architectural choices concerning usability, scalability, and operations

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and integrate current solutions

• Offer long-term support and continuous development of customer environments

• Execute the implemented cloud and container solutions at the customer’s location

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in IT or vocational training in IT (Fachinformatik — System Integration) or a related discipline

• Several years of experience in constructing, managing, and designing Kubernetes-based platforms (minimum 2–3 years)

• Confident presence with a strong customer focus and analytical mindset

• Proficiency in integrating Kubernetes into enterprise environments

• Experience with at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises alternatives

• Nice-to-have: familiarity with VMware

• Excellent German language skills and good command of English
