DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage standardized CI/CD pipelines that encompass building, testing, packaging, environment provisioning, and production deployment.

• Provide support for various technology stacks within a unified delivery framework, including React, Angular, .NET Core, and C/C++.

• Create reusable pipeline templates and establish best practices that are embraced across teams and product lines.

• Architect and automate containerized environments utilizing Docker and Kubernetes, in alignment with production standards.

• Set and enforce quality gates, promotion flows, and secure release strategies such as versioning, rollback, and controlled rollouts.

• Integrate observability, monitoring, and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

• Propel automation initiatives, eliminate manual processes, and continually enhance delivery speed and reliability.

• Serve as a technical advisor and mentor, aligning DevOps practices with practical development workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in owning CI/CD architecture and managing DevOps platforms.

• Strong practical knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and automated delivery pipelines.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams, tools, and technology stacks.

• A solid emphasis on automation, reliability, scalability, and security.

• Experience in balancing standardization with real-world limitations and varying levels of team maturity.

• A proactive approach combined with technical leadership skills.
